SYP Committee Purpose

The purpose of the Students and Young Professionals Committee is to represent the interests of SYP eligible members (35 years and younger) through events, academic outreach, and integration of new members.

The SYP Committee shall:

A. Facilitate SYP participation at Association events

B. Promote the wastewater industry to aspiring wastewater professionals

C. Assist other Committees in their tasks related to SYPs

D. Encourage SYP Committee members to join an additional committee within the Association
